Steven F. Gordon
CFO, MIS Director
Steve has over 25 years of business financial management in the manufacturing and service industries. With a strong background in MIS, he has implemented new computer systems throughout the organization including a state of the art LAN and Intranet to increase communication between departments and clients. He is also responsible for bringing all new software programs in-house thus continuing our efforts to create a wider variety of services and details for our clients. Steve is presently developing several new database tracking systems which will create an even greater number of reporting functions for our telemarketing and fulfillment clientele. |

James W. Nagle
COO, Training Director
Jim brings over 30 years of financial, manufacturing, human resources, sales, marketing and management experience to Visions Marketing Services, Inc. Jim's background as a motivational speaker and trainer has provided an excellent foundation for his role as customer and employee Operations Director. Jim has been a guiding force in creating our company philosophy and mission statement as well as customer/employee training methodology. Working with the executive management team, Jim is responsible for bringing all new employees, new clients and new programs on-line within the company. Jim's responsibilities also include marketing. In this role, he has implemented many new successful techniques that rival "normal" telemarketing ideology. |

Bryan Rutt
Operations Manager, Lancaster Division
Bryan holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Richmond and has been with Visions for 9 years. His 7 years in the restaurant business and 4 years in tax preparation prior to joining the Visions Team allow him to bring a strong foundation of people skills and financial savvy to his current role as Operations Manager of the 32-seat Lancaster Call Center. Bryan is responsible for production, production planning, supervision, customer service, script creation, marketing, recruiting, community relations and human resources. Bryan is also instrumental in working with the Sales Team in acquiring new customers and implementing new programs.

Mark S. Rotundo
Director of Operations, Johnstown Division
Mark is a CPA bringing over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Operations Management and Sales. His extensive finance background includes IPOs, Equity/Debt Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions. Marks background prior to joining Visions Marketing Services includes a strong record of achievement in the financial management of multi-million dollar private and public companies ranging from $10 million to $500 million in sales annually. Mark is currently responsible for overseeing all recruiting, training, new project implementation, production management and agent supervision functions of the Visions Marketing Services 70 seat, 150 employee Johnstown Division. Mark also takes point as customer liaison on client engagements. |

Shawn M. Bond
Operations Manager -Johnstown Division
Shawn brings over 6 years of management and military experience to Visions Marketing Services. His expertise provides the necessary skills to intensively focus on directing our team leaders/floor supervisors in the daily operation of the 70 seat, 150 employee Johnstown Division. He also provides invaluable support to the Director of Operations in working with prospective and in-house customers in attaining project goals. |
