Disaster Recovery Contingency
Keeping our clients’ valued information safe is also another important goal at Visions Marketing Services. We have battery backups to all of our major systems and provide orderly shutdowns without loss of data. Backups are performed to removable disk or tapes every night and stored off-site, thus guaranteeing the protection of client information.

Representations and Warranties: Visions Marketing Services represents and warrants that it complies with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including without limitation, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and rules of the Federal Communications Commission, the Telemarketing Sales Rule of the Federal Trade Commission as amended on January 29, 2003 (“Laws”). Visions Marketing Services also will comply with any laws, rules or regulations specific to the Company's industry. VMS also warrants that it is registered with all Federal and State Do Not Call lists and compliant with all such DNC Regulations and Telemarketing Sales Rules.

Monitoring Our Services
We offer remote monitoring during the implementation of a client’s program and at anytime during day-to-day operations. We WANT our clients to “listen in” and learn how the strategies and fundamentals behind their programs are working. Clients are invited to become part of our management team and have direct access to those managers within our organization that are directly involved in their projects. Visions Marketing Services also records every call made for each client. These recordings are available to our clients and create a tremendous quality check for what happened on a call. They can also be used as training tools for our clients’ sales teams.
